- NSFW (18+ ONLY) must have age in bio/proof of ageWon't Draw
- MechaTOStimeline & scope of work- I will submit a sketch to you, the commissioner, before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.
- Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.
- The final commissioned piece will be typically accomplished within the span of two weeks, if conditions arise and I need more time, I will let you know. Please be patient.payment- I require full payment prior to sketching/beginning the commission.
- Refunds for full commissioned pieces will not be granted. Refunds for unfinished pieces will be judged on a case-by-case basis, and be lowered to the price of the stage it's at.
- Cash commissions are taken through my Ko-fi only. You can find the button to my Ko-fi at the bottom of the page.
- Robux commissions must be first confirmed with me- please contact me through twitter first if you don't already have my discord.revisions- Only three (3) minor revisions to the finished piece will be allowed.
- Succeeding revisions will not be entertained.copyright and reproduction- I reserve the right to include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. unless specified by the commissioner.
- Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.
- Modify and edit the commissioned piece.The commissioner and other parties may NOT:- Include the commissioned work in personal portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
- Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract.
- Modify, edit or repurpose the commissioned piece.
- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist [user/website.]
- Mint/use this artwork in the creation or purchase of NFTs.This artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Reproduction of this artwork without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork was used for Commercial purposes will be in violation of U.S. Copyright Law. The artist retains all rights to the artwork(s).These policies are agreed to upon payment.
